RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY


  • ALL JEWELRY IS FINAL SALE. If your pieces arrive damaged, or break within 7 days of purchase we will replace them with the same product or offer store credit equivalent. Due to the nature of our exclusive designs/launches, some designs may no longer be available. 


  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR OFFER REFUNDS FOR BRASS MATERIALS. We pride ourselves in inclusivity and have an entire line dedicated to sensitive ears. Please be aware of the materials listed in the description when ordering. Please note that brass can tarnish over time. We will not replace or refund items for tarnishing, or for allergic reactions to metals. If an item arrives damaged please e-mail us within 7 days and we can replace the item. 


SHIPPING POLICY


  • HOW QUICKLY DO YOU SHIP? Please allow 5-7 business days from your processed order to ship. Tracking will be provided once your order is shipped. 


  • DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? Yes! Our international shipping is dependent on your region and will be reflected in your total during checkout. PLEASE NOTE that international shipments are delayed due to current world affairs and/or COVID-19. Please be prepared for a delay of up to 3 months in some regions. 


  • ARE THERE CUSTOMS CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS? International orders are subject to custom fees. Please use your region’s customs calculator to estimate duty fees, if it is not automatically reflected in your total during purchase.


  • WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST? Please be sure to file a lost package claim with the appropriate postal service. CICIMUCO is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.


FAQ’s


  • WHEN WILL MY FAVORITE DESIGN RESTOCK? Restocks will be dependent on the series being launched, product availability and whether or not the design is retired. We pride ourselves in limiting our designs for more of an “exclusive” feeling. But please feel free to email us and let us know that you want something back! 


  • HOW OFTEN ARE YOUR LAUNCHES? We will have new launches and/or restocks monthly unless otherwise noted.


  • DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS? We currently will only take BULK custom orders (i.e. bridal party earrings, boutique orders etc) please email us for further details.


  • WHAT IF I WANT A DESIGN IN A DIFFERENT COLOR? We offer our designs in multiple colors under each listing, but are always open to suggestions and requests for the future. 


  • WILL THESE TARNISH OR TURN? Brass components are known to tarnish over time (there is a way to bring them back to life, similar to silver components!) and some of our jewelry will have brass elements. Please read each description carefully before purchase. We pride ourselves in our hypoallergenic line! We offer stainless steel, gold plated, gold filled and silver plated components - NEVER brass for findings such as: earring posts, hooks and backings. We also offer rubber backings for extra-sensitive ears.


  • HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY? In each order we offer a care card and also a suede jewelry fold to keep your earrings. As with most jewelry: keep them out of water, don’t spray them directly with any perfumes and spot clean them accordingly.
